This Privacy Policy explains how Working Tools Box ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Somnath Mahato from India, collects, uses and protects information when you visit workingtoolsbox.vercel.app (the "Site").

Your files stay with you

Our tools are built to run in your browser. When you open an image, PDF or video in one of our tools, it is processed on your own device. We do not upload your files to our servers and we cannot see them.

Some tools download code libraries or model files from content delivery networks (CDNs) such as cdnjs or jsDelivr so that they can work. These requests do not contain your files.

Information we collect

Information you send us: your name, email address and message when you email us or contact us on social media.
Usage data: we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, how long people stay, device and browser type, the referring site and an approximate location based on IP address.
Technical logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) may log technical details such as IP address, request time and browser information for security and performance.

How we use information

To run, maintain and improve the Site and its tools.
To understand which tools are popular and fix problems.

We take reasonable steps to protect information. Because your files are processed in your browser, they are not exposed to our servers. Still, no method of transmission or storage on the internet is 100% secure.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing muma90748@gmail.com. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We aim to follow applicable laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and where relevant the GDPR and UK GDPR for visitors from those regions.

Children

The Site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Services such as Google and Vercel may process data in countries outside India. By using the Site you understand that your information may be handled in those countries.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it changed. Please check this page now and then.
